We have the equipment to perform simulated ground-level solar radiation tests and can check the resistance of your devices to solar radiation.
Our large, high capacity solar climatic chamber — door measuring 1.5 x 3.5 meters, capacity 50 cubic meters — was designed even, and above all, to test large specimens
(panels, motors, turbines, cabins, signs, etc.); it is ideal for accelerated life testing and/or reliability and resistance testing of all types of equipment for all uses.
The solar chamber complies with the following standards:
- EN 60068-2-5
- EN 60068-2-1
- EN 60068-2-2
- CEI EN 60068-2-78
it can simulate temperatures of up to 70 degrees centigrade, 95% humidity and a uniform air speed, starting at 0.1 metres per second.
The irradiation system is simulated using hybrid lamps with a spectrum ranging from 300 nm (UVA) to 2450 nm (IR-B).
